Palamu, July 12 (ANI): In order to take revenge on the cadres who disassociated themselves from the Maoists, members of Communist Party of India (Maoist) carried out a blast at the house of one of the dissenters in Pilpra village in Jharkhand's Palamu district.
Due to disagreement with amendments brought to the principles of CPI (M), several Maoists had decided to move out and start their own outfits or join another group.
This did not go down well with the members of the outfit, leading to a war for supremacy.
The Maoists damaged the road before carrying out the blast at the house of the former CPI (M) General Commander, Upendra Rai.
The damaged roads created problems for police and administration to reached the site of blast.
"They (Maoists) carried out a blast at the house, damaging the route along their way. They left after the blast," said villager Shyamsunder Yadav. (ANI)
