Elton John and David Furnish plan second surrogate child

London, April 26 (ANI): Elton John and David Furnish plan to father a second child with a surrogate mother in a few months.

The Mirror exclusively revealed last month they wanted a brother or sister for 14-month-old Zachary by the end of the year.

Now David, 49, has elaborated on their plans, saying: "It's something we talk about all the time," the Mirror reported.

The film producer added: "I think we will wait till this summer. Our life is like a treadmill with Elton constantly working."

He said they may go back to the same egg donor so the child has a "biological connection" with Zachary.

David and Elton, 65, who had a civil partnership ceremony in 2005, would probably again both donate sperm to fertilise the egg "so we don't know which one of us is the father".

The couple have been raising toddler Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John at their mansion in Windsor, Berks.

He and David insist they don't know which one of them is Zach's biological father and said "we both contributed" to the process. (ANI)
