New Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update arrives, Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One to get it first

Google on Saturday has started rolling out the latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean updates for the smartphones. The Google Play editions of Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One will be the first smartphone to get the update.

Google had made the announcement of Android 4.3 for other devices a week before. The update is already available for Google Nexus devices.

Android 4.3 Jelly Bean will have following features:

1. Bluetooth Low Energy profile
2. Virtual Surround Sound
3. Auto-complete for dial-pad
4. OpenGL ES 3.0 support

In Samsung Galaxy, the Android 4.3 update will enable Bluetooth tethering while in HTC One it will support the IR port.
