In a bid to facilitate customers a hassle-free relocation experience and uninterrupted service, Vodafone India has launched a new facility for its postpaid customers across the country enabling them to get a new number when they relocate to different state without any interruption.
To avail the facility, company's postpaid customer will need to apply for the service in his current location. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will communicate the Vodafone team in the new location, where company's executives will contact the customer and allocate a new number, Vodafone said in a released statement.
Moreover, your old address will be replaced with new billing address. For it company's executive will collect the address proof and identity proof documents.
The credit limit will remain same as it was allocated earlier, it said.
Vodafone is currently operating in India's all 23-telecom circles. It is also equipped with modern Customer Relationship Management System.
