Karachi, July 3 (ANI): Pakistan International Airlines chairman Rao Qamar Suleman has asked air hostesses to greet passengers with a smile, as it would help generate revenues to improve the airline's financial position.
Congratulating new airhostess during the graduation ceremony at the PIA Training Centre, Suleman said: "Each one of you while on job must serve PIA passengers with a 'smile'.
The Nation quoted him, as saying that good service and satisfied passengers will automatically prefer to travel with our airline, which would be a positive indication for better revenues helping the company improve its financial position.
Forty trainees were awarded certificates on completion of the eleven-week course.
He said graduating airhostesses were frontline brand ambassadors of the airline and it would be their performance that would help improve PIA's image internationally. (ANI)
