American dad shoots daughter's laptop over unsavoury Facebook post

London, Feb 11 (ANI): An angry US man shot his daughter's laptop nine times when she put up a post on Facebook that he didn't like.

The whole incident is shown in a video posted on Youtube just two days ago, which has been watched more than 1.5 million times since then.

In the video, Tommy Jordan, of North Carolina, decides to teach his 15-year-old daughter Hannah a public lesson after she wrote a Facebook post complaining about her chores and how difficult her parents made her life.

It begins with him sitting on a chair in a field reading through the post and counter arguing each point she raises.

He then points out how easy her life is compared to his teenage years, he points out that by her age, he had moved out, got two jobs and was a volunteer fireman.

After seven minutes he then gets up and points the camera at his daughters laptop on the ground.

"That right there is your laptop, this right here is my .45," the Telegraph quoted her as saying.

He cocks the weapon and fires nine rounds into the laptop commenting on the seventh shot, "Oh yeah and after that comment you made about your mom, your mom told me to be sure I put one in there for her. So that one's from her."

Later, Jordan took to Facebook to defend his actions and explain more of the build up to the video. (ANI)
