Men resorting to Viagra or any such pills for improving their bedtime activities need not to go for such unhealthy medicines which eventually affect health. They just need to spend half-an-hour in gardening that not only helps augment their physical strength, but improves the sexual pleasure.
A new study, published in the European Urology journal, conducted by the researchers at the Medical University of Vienna found that digging up some soil in the garden for only 30 minutes a day, five days a week, can unambiguously boost a man’s sex life.
For the purpose of study a group of 700 men aged between 45 and 60 were selected. The researchers found that digging, weeding, watering or mowing the lawn for just 30 minutes a day is enough to reduce the risk of impotence by around 38 per cent. The risk of impotence dropped dramatically by 52 percent when few of them burnt calories up to 4,000 in a week.
Apart from gardening, dancing, cycling, jogging or any such regular physical activity that burns energy of at least 1,000 calories a week bears the same fruit, the researchers said, ‘Doctors may use the findings to help patients get rid of erectile dysfunction by encouraging them to do more physical activities and adopt a healthier lifestyle.’
Earlier studies conducted on men facing impotence in the United States found that more than 18 million men over the age of 20 were suffering; and as a whole one out of ten men experience impotence.
So men, if you do not want to face humiliation on the bed before your spouse and want to satisfy your spouse as well which she deserves, go and start gardening or any physical exercises to keep your body fit and show your potency on bed.
