Nokia N78, the latest one in Nseries with all style and techno-flicks, is now available in Indian market at a price tag of Rs 19,999. The new device offers multiple experiences with features like FM radio, MP3 player and GPS system.
With full multimedia support the Nokia N78 is sure to allure young music lovers to listen to favourite tracks in their desired music formats and the stereo sound feature adds upto the standard of any other higher end Nseries devices. With a 70MB memory, the phone supports an extension upto 8 GB.
As far as its design is concerned, the phone with a 2.4-inches display screen and 3.2 mega pixel cameras is still the slimmest in Nokia list with an innovative navigation wheel which gives a cool look; N78 is available in two colours: cocoa brown and lagoon blue.
Navigation Map – Location Tag
The location mapping application, GPS as the primary tool and Nokia Map 2.0 software provides the user access to places, travel, traffic, bars, cafes, restaurants, hotels and many more from its preloaded maps.
The location tagger feature also allows users to store pictures by date with their geographical specifications (coordinates).
Camera
Unlike N95 or N82 which boast a 5 megapixels camera, N78 only comes with a 3.2 mpx in Carl Zeiss optics with auto-focus. If you wonder why only a 3.2 mpx, then you will find that megapixel doesn’t have much to do as Nokia has been constantly working on better image processing technologies.
An 8 x digital zoom video recorder allows the user to get up closer to their recording and play by using RealPlayer application, which supports various formats including MPEG-4, 3GPP and H.264.
Other features include high-speed connectivity via WLAN and HSPDA 3.5G, Nokia Bluetooth Speakers MD-7W, internal speakers, and standard 3.5mm headphones.
