According to the Center government statement, over 216 crore doses of vaccines will be manufactured by various vendors in India between August-December, this will help in vaccinating entire population of the country. This is a very good job to be accomplished to Modi government to end the pandemic in India.
Country is facing shortage of Covid-19 vaccines and this news is hope for the people of India. Between August and December 216 crore doses of vaccines will be manufactures in India, which is enough to vaccinate the entire population of the country.
Dr. VK Paul, Member (Health), NITI Aayog said that the Government of India is taking to the Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J manufacturers for the manufacturing of vaccines in large quantity in the country.
Dr. VK Paul further said “We kept asking them if they wanted to supply to India. But they told us they will respond accordingly to the availability by 2021. The talks are still on with them. We are hoping that they will supply and produce in India.”
As per the statement government is taking steps to invite the other manufactures to India for the mass production of Covaxin.
The recovery cases in India are increases and since May 3 the cases are declining in the many districts. There is continued decline in the cases in the past 2 weeks in the country.
There is plateauing of death cases in the country and we have 12 states having more than 1 lakh active cases.
