Mumbai: After 'Deadpool', Fox Star Studios has another successful Superhero Movie in their kitty. Their latest movie X- Men Apocalypse that opened in 71 locations outside US has already become the number one movie in the world, grossing above $100 Million!
The movie opened in India and other countries between 18th - 20th May 2016, approximately a week before its US release. Since then, the Bryan Singer directorial has received rave reviews from fans worldwide with some mixed reviews from critics.
The $103.3 Million haul seems impressive for X-Men: Apocalypse in its first week. The movie is yet to release in key countries like China and Korea that will further guarantee its success, pushing its expected collections to cross $750 Million after it releases in USA.
These impressive numbers only ensure that the X-men franchise will be back with more movies in the future. As of now critics and fans are interested to see how X-Men Apocalypse fares before it reaches the US and what the opening week in USA will end up being!
Here's wishing more success to this Fox venture that has shown no signs of a box office dip even with a few mediocre reviews doing the rounds.
