A new Leisure Centre "Fitness Freak" was inaugurated in Delhi by Annie Gill, Ripudaman Handa and Manas Katyal on July 21st for the fitness enthusiasts in the capital.
The centre is well equipped with the latest Gym Wellness System to train your heart, lungs, and muscles and help you improve your health and wellbeing. The machines have a key fob to record your fitness levels and can even manage your exercise programmes. The gym was recently launched in Shalimar Bagh by Aman Sachdeva who has a knack of investing in health and fitness regimes.
"We have separate dietitian and we are the only one offering "Zumba" training in North Delhi to keep you fit and healthy with good diet guidance" says Aman Sachdeva during the launch.
This is the reason more than 100 people have already registered for gym membership in less than a day and they have more than 500 inquiries on their desk, he added.
The three very famous personalities Annie Gill, Ripudaman Handa and Manas Katyal inaugurated the gym and were quite enthusiastic about the opening of the gym. Annie Gill is an Indian television actress who recently played the role of Rano in TV serial Anamika. Ripudaman Handa was declared the winner of third season of MasterChef India and was a very well known gym instructor and Manas Katyal, an event manager, is a proprietor at Mango Production, his company has its tentacles spread from wedding management, reality show auditions, corporate shows and brand management to college and fashion shows.
"From the gym I can see it has dedicated a very less space to the body building equipment and rest all is for cycling, running and yoga so what I think this gym is focused mainly on fitness and not only Body Building like all other gyms." Said Ripudaman Handa who was very excited about the gym launch as he him self was a gym instructor before he became Master-chef.
