Asthma is considered to be one of the chronic diseases across the world. In addition to diseases like Diabetes, Blood pressure, Hypertension, AIDS and Cancer, Asthma is also among the most chronic disease people are suffering from.
Health problems generally become chronic due to pollution, unusual food habits, ignoring pre-disease symptoms or incomplete course of treatment. Human body remains healthy until the resistance power of the body starts decreasing. Currently, the increasing level of population and irregular eating habits has led to decrease in the resistance power of the body.
However, taking food on time, according to the nature of the body and environment and regular physical activities stimulates the resistance capacity of the body. In addition to that, it also maintains the physiological balance in the body.
To keep the body healthy, one should do physical activities such as exercise, yoga, morning walk on daily basis. Eating food on time and sleeping on time at night are also quite beneficial. But in today's fast paced life are only striving for earning and have forgotten to live a normal life, which results in degrading health.
Asthma is a respiratory problem that results in recurrent attacks of breathlessness and wheezing where people find it difficult to breath. Moreover, depending upon the nature of the disease, there are various types of Asthma. So, it is recommended to undergo proper check up for diagnosing the type of diseases for proper treatment accordingly. Use of inhalers is also recommended for the patients.
Though Asthma can not be cured completely but by keeping certain things like avoiding allergens and living a balance life could certain help to control the disease.
