The avoiding the exercise and physical engagements are also the important factors for the most of Indians and these habits are responsible for making them prone to Arthritis. The surprising revelation has been come into light which is also shocking as it says that people as young as in their 30 also have becoming victims of arthritis.

According to sources, there are 2-5 million patients are suffering from arthritis in India. It has also been notices that Indians are most prone to arthritis as physical activities among them are the least as compared to people in other countries.

According to sources, people ignore the affliction at the initial stage just because the pain is mild. Many people in their late 30s are not ready to accept that the joint pain that they experience is the symptom of arthritis.

However it is difficult to say about the real cause of Arthritis as it cannot be elaborated and generally it varies on the reason for the types of the disease. However experts accepts that the joint damage is the basic cause for the arthritis.

Experts says that it is shocking that age group for the people suffering from the disease is decreasing and is no longer restricted to people in their 50s and 60s.

Experts say that weight of the body plays crucial role to keep body healthy and thus it also be a cause of the arthritis as the excess weight create more trouble on the joins in terms of pressure.

Another major cause for the experts is that people tend to ignore the early symptoms and then in the later part of their life it becomes acute.
