London, Apr 12 (ANI): Recovering alcoholic and football legend Paul Gascoigne has admitted that he might still drink in the future even after a life-battling stint at an Arizona rehabilitation clinic, as revealed in an interview with British TV host Alan Carr.
Gascoigne, however added that although he might have an alcoholic drink in the future, he will try his best to keep away from such drinks and added that he may even get strangers to stop him when he felt like he was slipping, The Sun reports.
According to the report, Carr was forced to clear out his booze cabinet for Gascoigne who instead sipped on a yoghurt drink Yop on his chat show 'The Chatty Man'.
Gascoigne further said that he now wanted to have a go at coaching, although there were other medical problems to clear up first like an operation to reset his hip.
The former Newcastle and Tottenham midfielder also said that he is interested in demonstrating his talent, adding that he has had a number of offers from clubs to offer his services as coach.
The football legend also said that he was thrilled by his celebrity friends who helped him to pay fro his rehab, although he said that he was upset to hear some people criticise them for helping him. (ANI)
