Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit Dikshit has said that the principal opposition party is in habit of misleading people. It is very strange that they are not able to digest en-masse regularization of unauthorized colonies. She was addressing a public rally at Nangloi in west Delhi. She further said that her government and party are working in tandem towards this goal. Delhi UD Minister Arvinder Singh, Transport Minister Ramakant Goswami, MLA and Parliamentary Secretary to CM Mukesh Sharma were also present on the occasion.

On the occasion she said that the remaining unauthorized colonies would also be regularized soon. Describing issue of regularization as a complex one she said that her government acted cautiously to avoid any future legal or procedural wrangle and assured that not a single unauthorized colony would be demolish and family displaced.

Criticizing main opposition party BJP, she said that they have lost wisdom to appreciate any good step taken by the City Government. They criticize and oppose for the sake of criticism and opposition. The opposition never wanted to adopt a constructive approach.

Dikshit further stated that government will never like to disturb any family who has been putting up in a house constructed with their hard earned money. The large number of families was forced to put up in unauthorized colonies as there was acute shortage of dwelling units in Delhi.

The chief minister also said that it will take few months to complete all formalities and provide all civic amenities in approved colonies. The Government has no dearth of money for this purpose.
