Rahul hints major shakeup in UP Congress

Taking strong action for the party debacle in the recently held assembly election in Uttar Pradesh, Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi has said that the faulty will not be spared. After the conclusion day of his three day visit in UP after the debacle, Gandhi hinted that those who have worked against the party interest will not be spared at any cost.

After his three-day visit in Amethi and visiting at Tiloi, Munshiganj and Fursatganj, he addressed the party workers and tried to reach out to many young workers and assess their view regarding the debacle in the state, which was shocking for especially Gandhi.

It is simple to know that Rahul Gandhi is not ready to easily accept the party defeat in such a way as he himself had camped during the election. During review meeting many complicated facts have been revealed out and it seems it has irritated Rahul Gandhi.

Party performance was below than its expectation when it won only 28 seats in the assembly election. Although, Rahul has been encouraging his party workers and urged them to forget the defeat and concentrate on the Lok sabha election and local body election in UP.
