In the 'twist and turn' in the case of Arushi Talwar's double murder case, Nupur Talwar, Arushi's mother and accused of 'double murder mystry' today did not appear once again in the Ghaziabad court that nudged the judge to order CBI, the investigating agency of this case to issue a warrant against her.
The trial of Arushi's double murder mystery case was going on in Ghaziabad district court and court on March 14 had ordered to Talwar couple to appear before the court within 30 days. But Talwars' counsel has sought exemption on the basis of a pending plea in the Supreme Court against facing trial.
Aarushi's father Rajesh Talwar was present in court for the hearing on Wednesday and an order was awaited.
The couple had sought a review of the Supreme Court order directing them to face trial in the murder of their daughter and domestic help Hemraj on the May 13, 2008.
Apex Court will hear their petition on April 27, 2012.
CBI, the investigating agency has made prime accused to Talwar couple in the murder of their 14-years old teenaged daughter and their domestic Nepali help Hemraj in May 2008.
