IPL Tickets for Rajasthan Royal Matches now available

With season 5 of Indian Premier League just on the verge of starting, selling of tickets for the IPL matches of Rajasthan Royals started today at Jaipur's Sawai Mansingh Stadium.

The three box offices situated at the stadium will open every day from 10 am to 7 pm for the fans who want to see their team up close.

Rajasthan Royals are providing some offers on the sale of tickets to attract more fans.

  1. First ten buyers to buy tickets will win Royals merchandise.
  2. First ten fans who buy more than two tickets each will get a Rajasthan Royals fan cap.

In addition to this, exclusive hospitality tickets will also be available for fans that will allow them to see their favorite cricketers up close. They will get a seat at Long Room Hospitality Section, which is situated right behind the stadium dugout. However to buy these tickets people must sent a request to bluecarpet@rajasthanroyals.com.

Meanwhile online tickets of Royals matches are already available with a 50 per cent discount for home crowds and students.

"The commencement of ticket sales signals the beginning of the countdown towards IPL 2012. We are pleased to open the box office in Jaipur and are confident of receiving an overwhelming response from fans. Match tickets are also being sold online apart from an extensive ticket distribution network in most major cities in Rajasthan," said CEO of Rajasthan Royals, Mr. Raghu Iyer.

Rajasthan Royals will play their first match of IPL 5 on April 06 against Kings XI Punjab in Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur. The match will start from 8 pm.

Shane Warne captain of Rajasthan Royals for three seasons of IPL announced his retirement from IPL previous year, so this year Rahul Dravid will lead the team.

Rajasthan Royals were the winners of the opening season of IPL in 2008 under Shane Warne.
