Baba Ramdev attacks on govt., asked to clear its stand over Coal scam

After publishing the 'leaked' report of Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) in Times of India, Yog Guru Baba Ramdev has once again pointed his gun towards the government and asked Prime Minister to clear government's stand on alleged illegal allotment of 155 coal blocks to 100 public and private sector companies during 2004 to 2009.

Attacking on the government, Ramdev has said, "The government cannot escape from its moral responsibility.....Prime Minister must clear his position."

As it is known that according to 'leaked' report, CAG has estimated the massive loss of Rs.10.7 lakh crore in allocating 155 coal mines blocks to 100 public and private sector companies without auction during 2004 to 2009.

Prime Minister too had held this portfolio for short time period in the alleged period.

Delivering a detailed note in his speech, Ramdev said, 'India is rich in its natural resources while its richness is being looted in the entire coutry.'

'CAG itself has not denied its report and only said that it was just a primary report while final report would come after conducting investigation, alleged Ramdev by adding that government had alleged me for Rs.5-crore of tax evasion.

Speaking on the issue of black money and corruption he said that his movement will go on and he will join to social activist Anna Hazare and his team on the issue of Lokpal Bill.

Earlier, the both houses of Parliament has been adjourned till afternoon after erupting uproar in the Parliament over this issue.

CAG in letter has informed to Prime Minister Office that the report was not correct and it was just a draft while the report in still under its initial stage.

CAG has also reported that the alleging amount of Rs.10.67 lakh crore losses to central exchequer was also wrong and there was no loss to the government.
