London, Nov. 20 (ANI): Alex Reid has hit back at fiance Chantelle Houghton, who had accused him of cheating on her, saying that she knew he was a cross-dresser who had slept with men and prostitutes - but she still wanted to marry him.
The 29-year-old glamour model, who split from the cagefighter in September, has always said that she knew nothing about Reid's adventurous bedroom antics.
She also claimed that he told her he had only cross-dressed for a publicity stunt.
But the 37-year-old sportsperson said she knew what she was getting into.
"I described myself as "trysexual" once. But I'd say I'm a heterosexual guy who likes a bit of kinkiness. I'm obviously sexually liberated and very open-minded," the Sun quoted him as telling Now magazine.
"But Chantelle knew everything before we got together. Was she the only person in this country who didn't know I was a cross-dresser? Chantelle saw me as [alter-ego] Roxanne."
"I told her that I'd sexually experimented with all sorts of weird and wonderful things and I'd tried practically everything. In my opinion she knew all about me, so what she's been saying makes no sense to me," he said.
But despite his claims that Houghton "knew everything", Reid admitted that he did not tell her about sleeping with men until their daughter Dolly was born. (ANI)
