'Samajwadi Party shall bring forth all proposed policies', assures Akhilesh

Lucknow, Aug.6 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has said the implementation of various promises that the Samajwadi Party made to the electorate prior to the assembly polls would be implemented.

"We had made our promises at the time of elections and I assure you that as the government progresses, we shall bring forth all the proposed policies for the benefit of all of you," Yadav said here.

"The earlier government damaged the system a lot. The earlier government did a lot of damage due to which the farmers could not receive their dues," he added.

He also promised employment for the youth and free computers and laptops from the state government to students.

"We are going to help the unemployment youth of our state. We shall arrange for their education. For this purpose, we shall create an atmosphere so that people from outside come and establish their businesses and factories here. We are going to give employment stipends to the youth," he said.

"We shall give employment stipends to more than 9,00,000 youths. The girls from poor families and who are inter passed, will be getting further education. We will also help the 10th passed girls from the minority Muslim community. Computers and laptops will also be provided to the ones who have passed the 10th and 12th standards," he added. (ANI)
