London, June 3 (ANI): English footie legend Paul Gascoigne is dating a beautiful model, Kelly Windsor, whom he met on the internet.
Only days after he said he was struggling to find a new woman in his life, he was seen enjoying a romantic meal with the blonde, who is also an actress.
He shared a kiss and a hug with Windsor, 36, during their date at an Italian restaurant on Friday evening before they headed back to his apartment in ournemouth.
"They looked like they were really enjoying their time together. They just appeared to be a happy couple on a romantic night out," the Mirror quoted one onlooker as saying.
Gascoigne, 45, who is finally winning his long battles with drug and alcohol addictions, recently told how he had failed to find love through internet dating because when women Google his name and find he is the troubled footballer they cancel the dates.
But in a magazine interview with The Times magazine last weekend, the former Newcastle United and Spurs star hinted at a growing friendship with Windsor.
"We're just friends. I've kept meself away from everything - it's no use me being unhappy and being around someone making them Âunhappy," he said.
Windsor, who is from London but is based in New Zealand, advertises her modelling and acting work on her publicly available Facebook page and talent websites. (ANI)
