Dharamsala, Apr 30(ANI): Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama returned to rousing welcome here today. He had gone on an 18-day official visit to the United States of America (USA) and Canada.
The officials of Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) and members of a Tibetan non-governmental organisation (NGO) welcomed the Lama at the Kangra airport.
The President of Tibetan Youth Congress, Tsewang Rigzin said that it's an honour to receive Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama.
"Well, I am here to welcome His Holiness the Dalai Lama back to Dharamshala from his official trip to US and Canada. So, we are honoured to see him here today," said Rigzin.
The Tibetan spiritual leader had gone to hold talks and participate in panel discussions ranging from the cause of Tibet to non-violence.
He also interacted with school and university students in Honolulu, Hawaii and the USA.(ANI)
