London, Apr 26 (ANI): Football pundit Gary Neville has turned into an internet sensation for his "goalgasm" reaction to Chelsea's Champions League clincher against Barcelona.

The ex-Manchester United star let out a seven-second scream after Fernando Torres scored the breakaway goal in injury time of Tuesday's Champions League semi-final second leg..

Hundreds of thousands of fans have since mocked him for his hysterical outburst, followed by his repeated wailing of: "Unbelievable!" the Daily Star reported.

"Gary Neville orgasm over Torres Goal LOL. Never laughed at the TV so much in my life," one commented on a YouTube clip.

The 38-year-old's name even trended on Twitter.

Many insisted that it reminded them of actress Meg Ryan's fake orgasm in 1989 movie 'When Harry Met Sally'.

Neville, 37, asserted that his screech was the result of a sore throat. He Tweeted: "Wow! Football.. My sore throat collapsed on the Torres goal!!! #squeakynevtime"
