Bebo 'excited' about playing 'Queen Arundhati'

Mumbai, April 22 (ANI): Kareena Kapoor is set to star as a mighty queen in the Hindi remake of a 2009 Telugu blockbuster 'Arundhati'.

The lead role 'Jejamma' was originally played by south star Anushka Shetty.

After bagging the lead role for Madhur Bhandarkar's much hyped 'Heroine', 'Arundhati' would be another female centric movie getting added to Bebo's kitty.

"I am excited to do this (movie) that had the importance for the female character," the 31-year-old said. (ANI)
