Tamara Ecclestone blackmailed for 200k pounds over 'love secrets'

London, Apr 20 (ANI): Tamara Ecclestone was blackmailed by two men who for 200,000 pounds, who threatened to reveal her love secrets, it has been revealed.

A court heard that the pair made the demand to the socialite to keep quiet about a relationship.

Derek Rose and Jakir Uddin are alleged to have sent a warning to the 27-year-old's agent Dana Malmstrom that they'd give their story to the press.

"This offence involves a blackmail made by email to Tamara Ecclestone's agent to the sum of ?200,000," the Sun quoted Prosecutor Tony Connell as saying,

The elder daughter of F1 mogul Bernie Ecclestone, who recently appeared in her own reality TV show, lives in a 45-million-pound mansion in Kensington, West London and her father is thought to be worth 2.5-billion-pounds.

Rose and Uddin were arrested on April 5. They were bailed at Westminster Magistrates' Court with a condition that they do not contact the heiress or her agent.

They are each charged with a single count of blackmail and will appear at Southwark Crown Court on June 19. (ANI)
