Los Angeles, April 12 (IANS) Former Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson says that people should have as much sex as possible because it makes them beautiful.
"Sure sex is fun, but did you know it's also good for you? Sex Makes You Beautiful. It's true! Sex makes your...skin glow. It also increases your blood flow, which pumps oxygen and nutrients into your skin and organs," she wrote on a blog, reports contactmusic.com.

The 26-year-old has also been praising the health benefits of frequent sex.
