Gavin Henson retains sponsorship deal with bingo firm despite plane incident

London, Apr 9 (ANI): Gavin Henson has landed a new sponsorship deal with an online bingo firm, which is standing behind the disgraced rugby player in his time of crisis.

Henson was involved in drunken misbehaviour on a plane last month and since then he has been sacked by his team Cardiff Blues, lost a children's snack sponsorship deal and has been banned by the airline Flybe.

However, he will continue to remain the face of online Brits Bingo, something he has done since 2011, the Daily Star reported.

"Gavin is a lovely guy and a real gentleman," a spokeswoman for the firm said. (ANI)
