New Delhi, March 25 (IANS) Delhi witnessed a humid, warm day Sunday with the maximum temperature recorded three notches above average at 33.4 degrees Celsius. Monday will be similar but with cloudy skies in the evening.
"Monday should have mainly clear skies in morning which could turn partly cloudy towards the evenings. The maximum and minimum temperatures should be 34 and 18 degrees Celsius, respectively," an official at the India Meteorological Department told IANS.
Sunday's minimum temperature was recorded at 17.3 degrees, a notch above average for this time of the season while the humidity wavered between a high and low of 56 and 18 percent.
Saturday's maximum temperature was two notches above the average at 32.8 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was a notch above average at 17.7 degrees Celsius.
