Kozhikode (Kerala), Mar. 12 (ANI): Popular Malayalam film actor Jagathy Sreekumar will remain on ventilator support for some more days, even as doctors attending to him, said that he was stable after meeting with a road accident on March 10.
The 61-year-old actor has been admitted to the Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences Hospital.
In Saturday's accident, he suffered multiple injuries on his chest, abdomen and leg. He has been responding to medicines well.
His blood pressure was normal as also the functioning of his kidneys.
Sreekumar has acted in over 1,000 films. He was heading towards Kodagu in Karnataka to shoot for a new movie when his car rammed into the road median and overturned at Tenhippalam. (ANI)
