Whitney Houston's family thinks Bobby Brown may be after her wealth

Washington, Feb 17 (ANI): Whitney Houston's family believes that her ex husband Bobby Brown is trying to get his hands on her fortune.

The star was found dead in a bath at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Los Angeles, on Saturday. She was aged 48.

According to sources, Whitney's mother Cissy Houston is aggressively trying to block Brown from getting close to his and Whitney's 18-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina, who is the sole heir to the pop diva's estimated 20 million dollar fortune.

Brown tried to visit his daughter earlier this week, but the family shut him out, according to Tmz.

Friends of the Houston family have reportedly warned Brown, who they believe is broke, that he is unwelcome in his daughter's life and his ex-wife's funeral. They believe that he is responsible for the drugs and alcohol struggles of both the women.

According to sources, Brown is aware of the family's feelings but wants to bury the hatchet for Bobbi Kristina' sake. (ANI)
