Madonna named 'Greatest Woman In Music'

London, Feb 17 (ANI): Madonna still reigns as the Queen of Pop, according to a poll of the 100 Greatest Women in Music.

The Material Girl came out on top of the survey by VH1, which aims to rank accomplishments made in the last 20 years.

The 53-year-old singer is followed by Mariah Carey and Beyonce, who take the second and third spots respectively, the Daily Express reported.

Her current biggest rival, Lady Gaga, is in fourth, while Adele is at number five.

The late Whitney Houston is sixth in the poll.

Janet Jackson, Christina Aguilera, Mary J. Blige and Pink round out the top ten, while Britney Spears only makes it to number 11. (ANI)
