Kanpur, Jan 22 (ANI): With Uttar Pradesh assembly elections right around the corner, Union Coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal has slammed the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and the Samajwadi Party (SP) for swindling government funds.
