New Delhi, Jan 15 (ANI): Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh has termed that the black ink attack on yoga guru Baba Ramdev was a 'dirty trick' of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Singh made the remarks while interacting with mediapersons in New Delhi on Sunday.
"A man comes and splashes ink on Baba Ramdev, but there is no reaction from Baba Ramdev. It stands proven that Kamran Siddiqui became a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He worked under Rajnath Singh and became his agent. He also participated zealously in Anna Hazare's movement," said Singh.
"He spoke ill about the Congress Party everyday. He made offensive comments about Sonia Gandhi. And now it is proven that to save the deteriorating image of BJP and Baba Ramdev this entire incident has been orchestrated," he added.
Singh further stated that the entire episode was a ploy created by the BJP.
"This is a conspiracy hatched by the Bharatiya Janata Party. Their dirty tricks department has planned the entire thing," said Singh. (ANI)
