Para-Archer Dedicates Gold Medal To Deceased Mother

Harvinder Singh, a sportsman-scholar, who won India’s first archery gold in the Asian Para Games, in the men’s individual recurve event by crushing China’s Zhao Lixue 6-9 in the W2/ST category dedicated his medal to his mother, who passed away a month ago.
Singh, who received a warm welcome in Kaithal, talks about his archery journey and how developed an interest in archery post the 2012 London Olympics.
