Election Commission clarifies on transfer of CSM Nagar Election Observer

New Delhi, Feb 7 (ANI): The Election Commission of India has said that the decision to transfer Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Nagar Election Observer Pawan Kumar Sen had nothing to do with Monday's incident where he stopped Robert Vadra for violating the Election Commission's Model Code of Conduct in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh.
