Chief Minister Nitish Kumar along with all the recipients of "Visisth Bihari Samman" and other dignitaries during the Bihar Shatabadi Diwas 2012. The award ceremony was followed a number of cultural programmes which was being enjoyed by the chief minister and others along with the crowd.
