Death sentence for three brothers in Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow, Oct 23 (IANS) A court in Uttar Pradesh Thursday sentenced three brothers to death in a decade-old triple murder case.

Terming it the rarest of rare cases, the special session judge in the Faizabad district court R.K. Gautam ordered the death sentence for the brothers for killing three people, including a woman.

The accused Mansha Ram Varma, Moti Ram Varma and Vijay Kumar Varma had shot dead three people after a tractor belonging to one of the deceased hit a portion of their house, court officials said.
