Having set ablaze the silver screen with her sizzling item numbers; the name of Yana Gupta is not new to those who have an interest in the Hindi movies. Born in Brno, Czechoslovakia as Jana Synkova, she was born on 23 April 1979 to Czech parents. After a successful stint in the modeling her career took a new turn when she married an Indian artist Satyakam Gupta in Pune. She divorced her husband in 2005.
Besides modeling career, Yana Gupta has featured on the cover page of some leading magazines like Elle, Cosmopolitan, Femina, and Maxim. She has also given pose for the much talked about Kingfisher's calendar. Her other modeling assignments include Calvin Klein and Victoria's Secret. Further she was chosen as the new face for Lakme Cosmetics. This popularity brought to her assignments like hosting the show Mirch Masala on Zoom TV.
