Moscow, Dec 16 (ANI): Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh met Russian President Dmitry Medvedev during the annual bilateral summit between the two nations here on Friday.
Dr. Singh arrived here on Thursday to attend the 12th Indo-Russian Annual Summit 2011.
The Indian Prime Minister after his arrival here yesterday said New Delhi wants to give a new thrust and a new meaning to it's relationship with Moscow.
"We have a unique, strategic partnership with Russia, our relations are multifaceted and they have all grown in intensity, I look forward to renewing our joint commitment to working together to give a new thrust, new meaning, new content to our strategic and unique partnership," said Dr. Singh.
India and Russia are expected to sign key agreements in the field of health, science, technology and energy during Dr. Singh's Moscow visit. (ANI)
