Swift, Michele, Johansson and Wood vying for Les Miserables role

New York, November 30 (ANI): Tom Hooper is making the big-screen version of 'Les Miserables' and Taylor Swift, Lea Michele, Scarlett Johansson and Evan Rachel Wood are all in the running for the role of Eponine.

The Oscar winning director's movie is already filed with stars like Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Eddie Redmayne and Geoffrey Rush.

However, Eponine's role is still open and all four contenders have already auditioned for it, the New York Post quoted a source as saying.

"Scarlett brings acting ability, and she can really sing... and Evan Rachel Wood brings her indie cred," another source said.

While casting Swift would mark a major move to Hollywood for the pop star, the source said in her audition Michele had 'knocked it out of the park'. (ANI)
