Harry Potter at top for 'People's Choice' nominations

Washington, Nov 9 (ANI): With more than nine nominations, 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2', is leading for the 'People's Choice Awards 2012'.

 

The final Harry Potter film has nominations in the Movie, Action Movie, Ensemble Movie Cast and Book Adaptation categories, as well as for its stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint and Tom Felton, Contactmusic reported.

 

All four of the young cast of the film are competing with each other along with Chloe Moretz for the 'Movie Star Under 25' prize.

 

Daniel is also nominated for the 'Movie Actor' category, taking on Hugh Jackman, Johnny Depp, Robert Pattinson and Ryan Reynolds.

 

Whereas, 'Movie Actress' category sees Anne Hathaway in race with Emma Stone, Jennifer Aniston, Julia Roberts and Reese Witherspoon.

 

In the Music segment, Justin Bieber is competing with Blake Shelton, Bruno Mars, Eminem and Enrique Iglesias for Male Artist, while Katy Perry will battle against Adele, Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift for the Female Artist prize.

 

In TV, 'Glee' is getting positive response, including Network TV Comedy, 'How I Met Your Mother', which is nominated in the same category, as well as for its stars' performances. (ANI)
