London, Oct 17 (ANI): Furiously denying claims that he racially abused Manchester United's Patrice Evra, Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has said that he is upset over the allegations made against him.
Evra said that Suarez insulted him with the word 'n*****' more than 10 times in Saturday's 1-1 draw.
"I am upset by the accusations of racism. I can only say that I have always respected everybody. We are all the same," Suarez told Twitter.
"I go on to the field with the illusion of a little child who enjoys what he does, not to create conflicts," he added.
Evra will meet FA officials this week and there is no limit to the punishment the FA can hand out if Suarez is guilty, The Sun reports.
The Uruguayan was suspended for two months last year when he bit PSV's Otman Bakkal while playing for Ajax. (ANI)
