Charles Barkley says Glen Rice is his new hero for fling with 'crush' Palin

Washington, Sept 16 (ANI): Ex American basketball player Charles Barkley has revealed that he is a big fan of Glen Rice ever since he heard that his 'crush' Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin had a fling with the NBA player in 1987.

"If that story is true, more power to Glen Rice," Politico quoted Barkley as telling ESPN's "Waddle and Silvy" radio show on Thursday.

"Well, you know, I have a thing for Sarah Palin," he explained. "I think she's hot. I wouldn't vote for her, but she is hot now. ... I've always said, I've got a crush on Sarah Palin. I would never vote for her, I'll always vote Democratic. I think you've got a better chance of helping poor people if you vote Democratic. ...

"But I'll always have a thing for Sarah Palin, and when I read that, Glen Rice is my new hero. He's my new hero," he added,

Barkley hasn't kept his admiration for Palin a secret. He pointed out her good looks earlier this year, prompting "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan to make a lewd comment about Palin live on TV. (ANI)
