Guwahati, May 16 (ANI): The Paresh Barua led anti-talk faction of ULFA is showing no signs of joining the Arabinda Rajkhowa led ULFA committee for peace talks with the Centre instead it is continuing with its unlawful activities in the region.
On April 27, Kumud Chandra Kachari, the chief executive member of Thengal Kachari Autonomous Council, received a letter of extortion from the anti talk faction of ULFA demanding Rs 10 lakhs.
