Jaipur, May 15(ANI): Rajasthan Royals captain Shane Warne has apologized for his part in a bust-up with a Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) official.
According to The Sydney Morning Herald, Rajasthan Royals Chief Executive Sean Morris revealed that Warne has apologized for any distress caused by his comments.
Earlier, on Wednesday, Warne was involved in a heated argument with RCA Secretary Sanjay Dixit over the pitch laid out for the Rajasthan Royals' last two Indian Premier League home games at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
The Royals had lost Wednesday's game against Royal Challengers Bangalore by nine wickets.
The leg-spinner had reportedly hauled up Dixit for not acceding to his request of laying a slow track.
He was unhappy with the bouncy track that was not suited to Royals bowlers.
Warne had a similar grievance after Royals' game against Chennai Super Kings at the same ground last Sunday. (ANI)
