London, May8 (ANI): England striker Wayne Rooney, off the field, had a game to play - this time the opposition didn't include a 11-men side but a troop of baboons that took a ride on his car and broke a windscreen wiper.
Manchester United ace player Rooney, 25, and wife Coleen took their 18-month-old son Kai to Knowsley Safari Park on Merseyside while the incident took place.
A source said the couple burst into fits of laughter after the monkeys jumped on to their 80,000-pounds Audi RS6 quattro estate.
Despite the mishap, they later told how Kai, their son, loved seeing the animals.
"Just been to Knowsley Safari Park with Coleen and Kai. Monkeys all over my car. Kai loved it" the Daily Star quoted Rooney as tweeting after the day out. (ANI)
