26 injured as trains collide in Orissa's Bolangir district

Bolangir (Orissa), May 4 (ANI): At least twenty six passengers were injured when a goods train derailed after being hit by the Koraput-Rourkela Express in Orissa's Bolangir District on Wednesday.

 

The accident occurred at 12.35 a.m. as the goods train was moving out of Sikir Railway Station and the express train was entering the station on the same track.

 

The injured passengers have been admitted to a local hospital at Titlagarh town.

 

The rescue operations was going when reports last came in. (ANI)
