Dera Ghazi Khan (Pakistan) Apr 8(ANI): The suicide bomber who tried to detonate outside a shrine in Pakistan's Punjab province has revealed that he was trained in Mir Ali tribal area in North Waziristan along with 300 others.
The arrested bomber, Umer, further revealed that Commander Sangin Khan is supervising the training camps in Pakistan and Afghanistan, the News reports.
Umer was arrested after the double suicide bomb attack outside the shrine of Sufi saint Ahmed Sultan, popularly known as Sakhi Sarwar, in Dera Ghazi Khan district on Sunday. At least 41 people were killed during the attack.
He also disclosed that the second bombing was supposed to take place between the rescue and media teams.
Hundreds of worshippers had gathered at the shrine for a religious ceremony when the attacks took place. (ANI)
