Pulwama, Mar 2 (ANI): Security forces gunned down a militant in an encounter in Dadsara village of Tral in Awantipora area of Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama District on Wednesday.
A gunfight broke out between the militants and the security forces this morning after the latter cornered two terrorists hiding in the house of one Ghulam Mohammad Mir.
The security forces blasted the house this evening after which the aggressive firing stopped.
According to reports, the killed militant has been identified as Shabir Ahmad. One security personnel is also reported to be injured in the incident. (ANI)
